Project Overview

Coin Op Chico transformed a historic downtown landmark into one of Chico’s most popular entertainment destinations. The project involved a complete interior and exterior renovation, converting the former restaurant space into a modern arcade, bar, and dining venue while preserving the character of the existing building.

The renovation included extensive modifications to the bar, dining areas, restrooms, patio spaces, and building infrastructure to support the unique operational requirements of a high-volume hospitality and entertainment venue. The completed facility successfully blends classic arcade nostalgia with a contemporary dining and social experience.

By carefully coordinating construction activities and maintaining an aggressive schedule, the project was completed in just four months, allowing ownership to quickly bring their vision to market.
